NYSE-listed dry bulk shipping company Scorpio Bulkers resold five more of its newbuildings currently under construction in China and Romania for a combined price of USD 236 million. BW LPG Takes Fourth Newbuild from Hyundai Heavy

Hyundai Mipo to Build Four MR Product Tankers

South Korea’s Hyundai Mipo Dockyard has received an order to build four MR product tankers for an unnamed European client.   The value of the contract is KRW 168.9 billion (USD 143.9m), the shipbuilder said in a stock filing.   The vessels are scheduled to be delivered by the end of the first half of 2017.   The shipyard’s current orderbook now stands at KRW 3.97 trillion (USD 3.38 billion).
